The 2025 new version Kakwa 55L backpack, designed for multi-day trips, is lightweight and offers a combination of performance, comfort, usability, durability, and lightness (900g).

Load System:
Utilizes high-grade UHMWPE fabric and a special hollow aluminum U-shaped frame, lighter than traditional metal stays. The integrated U-shaped design provides both horizontal and vertical frame structures, more effectively connecting to the hipbelt for better weight distribution. The shoulder straps are S-shaped for a more conforming fit. The backpack can carry a maximum load of approximately 45 lbs (about 20 kg).

Material:
UHMWPE fibers offer several times the strength and abrasion resistance of traditional nylon fabrics. The Ultra 200X fabric itself is waterproof, while Ultragrid uses a PU coating for waterproofing. UltraGrid has a softer texture.
